FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What is raw feeding?

Raw feeding means giving your dog a diet of uncooked meat, bone, and natural ingredients, closer to what dogs would eat in the wild. It's the philosophy behind everything we sell.

How do I switch my dog to raw food?

We recommend transitioning gradually over 7 to 10 days, mixing increasing amounts of raw food with your dog's current diet. Get in touch if you'd like a tailored transition plan for your dog.

How should I store and thaw raw food?

Keep raw food frozen until you're ready to use it, then thaw in the fridge for 24 to 48 hours before feeding. Once thawed, use within 2 to 3 days and never refreeze.

Do you deliver?

Yes. See our Delivery Information page for areas covered, costs, and how we keep everything frozen in transit.

Can I collect my order in person?

Absolutely, you're welcome to collect from our shop. Visit our Visit Us page for our address, opening hours, and directions.

Do you offer dog grooming?

Yes, through our partner Mills Groom Room. Give them a call directly to book.

What if my dog has allergies or sensitivities?

Get in touch and let us know what you're dealing with. We can recommend specific proteins, cuts, or supplements that tend to work well for sensitive dogs.
