Delivery Information
We know raw food needs to arrive cold and in good condition, so every order is packed and dispatched with that in mind.
How it's packed
Frozen products are packed with insulation and ice packs to keep everything at a safe temperature throughout transit. Chilled and ambient items are packed separately where needed.
Delivery areas and costs
We currently deliver across the UK. Delivery costs and estimated timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and order size.
What to do when your order arrives
Unpack your delivery as soon as possible and place frozen items straight into the freezer. If anything looks like it's arrived in poor condition, contact us straight away and we'll sort it out.
